Who are we?
Sarum Pharmacy is operated by Caducifer Medical Services Limited, a medical services business in Salisbury, Whiltshire, which provides a friendly, reliable & efficient pharmacy delivery service, express & direct to the patients' doorstep, (home or work).
What do we believe in?
At Sarum Pharmacy, we recognise the complex & varied determinants of health and the impact that social and environmental factors have on people’s health. We believe a community pharmacy should do more than just dispense medicines. We place an emphasis on enabling patients to understand & therefore maintain their own health and well being.
We form an integral part of the patient community network, allowing ourselves to be ideally placed to help patients make informed social and health decisions. Our role also supports NHS priorities, to be part of an integrated strategy to combat major diseases such as diabetes, coronary heart disease and respiratory conditions.
The Sarum Pharmacy vision is to be branded as a friendly reliable efficient pharmacy, in doing so be acknowledged by our customers, employees, suppliers and the NHS as a well respected independent provider of healthcare and related products and services to the community.
Providing the Best Care We Can Offer:
Our objectives are to provide a trusted healthcare service, through proper interaction with our patients, with NHS priorities at the core.
Our Promise to You:
It is our aim to have the leading range of healthcare products and services always presented at their best. In other ways, the company is investing in marketing to differentiate its offer and build loyalty, through offering a broad range of heath products and health services. The notion of customer service, though, is crucial to this proposition.
If at any time the service you receive from us falls below your expectations, we operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as we can.
